Lauren Clardy has over 25 years of sales, marketing and business development experience in the nutriceutical industry including: raw materials and bio active ingredients, dietary supplements, functional foods, cosmeceuticals and personal care. Lauren began her career in distribution working for United Naturals and went on to work in key positions for major nutrition and food corporations including Hain/Celestial Foods, Sun Chlorella, and Kraft General Foods. She brings a wealth of creativity and solid technical experience in strategic marketing, product development, brand management, and business development. As an innovator in naturals marketing, Lauren has more than a quarter century of distinguished marketing and business development experience in the ever-evolving nutriceuticals industry. She received her B.S. in Nutrition from the University of California at Davis with a concentration in Marketing. Spearheading NUTRIMARKETING, an independent marketing consulting and management firm that launched in 1995, Lauren has had a creative hand in the success of more than 500 products during her career. Lauren has been a featured writer for various trade publications and a contributor to natural product conferences including Natural Products Expo, Supply Expo, Supply Side and the Natural Products Association. She is past president of the Consultant Association of the Natural Industry, (CANI). She brings to her clients a wealth of creativity and solid technical experience in strategic marketing and business management.

Marsha Blackburn comes to NUTRIMARKETING with 26 years of graphic design and print experience. From logo development for start-ups or re-branding to package design, advertising, collateral, and website design, Marsha has extensive experience in creating and translating client objectives into integrated effective design solutions that communicates effectively in both print and electronic media. Marsha works closely with clients and the entire marketing team, introducing fresh concepts while building continuity in visual messaging to deliver recognizable creative, brand-building design. Marsha works with talented designers, production specialists and printers while avoiding expensive missteps that influence budgets and deadlines.

In the past 12 years of operation, NGM has launched over 4000 new websites.
